Position overview

Our client is seeking a junior-to-midlevel associate with 2–4 years of experience in white collar defense and investigations, together with experience in complex civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation. This position is available in the client’s Phoenix and Seattle offices.

The Work

  • Contribute to white collar defense matters, working on issues arising in criminal litigation.
  • Work on investigations as part of a practice focused on white collar defense and related matters.
  • Participate in complex civil litigation, addressing matters that require sustained litigation work.
  • Contribute to regulatory litigation matters as part of a practice spanning civil, regulatory, and criminal proceedings.

What You Bring

  • Two to four years of experience as an associate.
  • Experience in white collar defense and investigations.
  • Experience in complex civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Law review or journal experience is preferred.
  • A federal court or state supreme court clerkship is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The stated compensation range is $235,000–$310,000, and the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
