Our client is seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 2–4 years of experience for its Seattle office. The position combines white collar defense and investigations with complex civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation.
The Work
- Contribute to white collar defense matters, applying relevant experience to defense work within a litigation practice.
- Work on investigations alongside white collar defense matters, drawing on prior experience in both areas.
- Participate in complex civil litigation matters as part of a practice that also encompasses regulatory and criminal litigation.
- Contribute to regulatory and criminal litigation work, bringing experience across the complex litigation matters described for this position.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience as an associate attorney.
- Experience in white collar defense and investigations.
- Experience with complex civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Law review or journal experience preferred.
- Federal court or state supreme court clerkship strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated compensation range is $235,000–$310,000.
The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
