The Work
- Support and help lead private equity acquisition transactions, taking an active role in moving deals forward rather than limiting your contribution to execution.
- Work on M&A and financing matters for clients across the investment lifecycle and up and down the capital stack.
- Provide day-to-day strategic counsel to private equity firms and portfolio companies as they pursue and manage investments.
- Contribute to work for clients in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor matters, areas of particular strength for the practice.
- Help identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and connect clients with investors and other contacts through the practice’s extensive network.
What You Bring
- Five to seven years of experience, with a background in acquisitions.
- Experience supporting or leading private equity acquisition transactions.
- Knowledge of M&A and financing work across the investment lifecycle and capital stack.
- Ability to contribute to strategic counseling for private equity firms and portfolio companies.
- Interest or experience in healthcare private equity or independent sponsor work is relevant to the practice’s areas of strength.
