Position overview

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a mid-level transactional tax associate who can run key tax pieces on corporate and finance deals, private equity and funds work.

The Work

  • Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side
  • Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity-level planning
  • Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues
  • Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT-adjacent matters

What You Bring

  • JD 2022–2023 with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience
  • Able to manage substantial components of transactions with appropriate supervision
  • Strong writing and clear, practical advice for deal teams
  • Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
