Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to help technology companies at every stage of growth structure and negotiate the agreements that shape how their products, services, intellectual property, and partnerships reach the market. This San Francisco opportunity is part of an established national practice focused on information technology matters.
The Work
- Structure, draft, and negotiate intellectual property and commercial agreements for information technology companies.
- Work on license, services, development, distribution, and partnering agreements, from shaping transaction terms through negotiation.
- Handle intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, contributing to multidisciplinary deal teams.
- Support public offerings, financings, and other transactions with intellectual property analysis and deal work.
- Advise across a range of technology company matters and stages of growth as part of a national practice.
- Contribute to the continued growth of an established, dynamic technology transactions group.
What You Bring
- At least six years of legal experience, including experience in intellectual property transactions.
- A strong interest in a practice focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions.
- Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and intellectual property agreements.
- Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a national team; interest in training associates is valued.
- A technical or science background is beneficial but not required; digital health experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The firm-stated salary range is $390,000–$435,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
