The Work
- Structure, draft, and negotiate intellectual property and commercial agreements for information technology companies.
- Work on license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements, helping shape the terms of technology businesses’ commercial relationships.
- Address intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, contributing to broader multidisciplinary transactions.
- Support public offerings and financings with intellectual property transaction work.
- Collaborate as part of a national practice group handling matters for technology companies at different stages of growth.
- Contribute to a group focused on building and growing an established national practice.
What You Bring
- Six or more years of experience, with the role intended for attorneys in the 6–12 year range.
- Experience handling intellectual property transactions.
- Strong interest in a practice focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions.
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial and intellectual property agreements.
- Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a national team and an interest in training associates.
- A technical or science background is beneficial but not required.
- Digital health experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $390,000–$435,000, based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
