Our client is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience, including candidates from law school classes of 2020 through 2023, to join its Technology Transactions practice in New York City. The position involves advising clients on a broad range of commercial technology contracts.
The Work
- Advise clients on a broad base of commercial technology contracts, addressing the contractual needs of varied business operations.
- Work on data center agreements, including the commercial arrangements supporting data center relationships.
- Handle supply agreements and contract manufacturing agreements as part of a varied technology transactions practice.
- Advise on logistics and distribution agreements, working across agreements that support movement and distribution of products.
- Engage with clients on commercial contract matters and contribute to the handling of agreements across these transaction types.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience relevant to technology transactions and commercial contracting.
- Law school class year 2020 through 2023.
- Experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial technology contracts.
- Experience with data center agreements.
- Experience with supply agreements.
- Experience with logistics and distribution agreements and contract manufacturing agreements.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $260,000 to $390,000, with placement dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
