Our client is seeking a Technology M&A Senior Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its technology-focused M&A practice in New York City. The role offers team-based deal work alongside opportunities to manage transaction components independently and build relationships with clients and counsel.
The Work
- Work on mergers and acquisitions involving early-stage and late-stage technology companies.
- Support M&A matters for leading venture capital investor clients.
- Contribute to transaction teams while taking independent ownership of assigned components of transactions.
- Proactively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships throughout transaction work.
- Apply sound business judgment while coordinating with deal teams, clients, and counsel.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience working on mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience advising early-stage technology companies is preferred.
- Experience advising late-stage technology companies is preferred.
- Experience representing leading venture capital investor clients is preferred.
- Ability to contribute effectively in team-based transactions and independently manage components of transactions.
- Proactive approach and strong business sense.
- Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated compensation is $260,000–$390,000 based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; the range is an estimate, not firm-stated compensation.
