Our client is seeking a class of 2025 associate to join its Technology group in Redwood City. The role offers work representing technology companies across corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to contribute as part of deal teams and independently manage substantial components of transactions.
The Work
- Represent technology companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, contributing to work for clients in the technology sector.
- Participate in early-stage venture financings, supporting transaction work from the perspective of company clients.
- Work on late-stage venture financings and develop experience with the issues and execution involved in later-stage company transactions.
- Contribute to mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies, working collaboratively with deal teams while managing substantial transaction components independently.
- Assist with private and public offerings for technology-company clients as part of a varied transactional practice.
What You Bring
- Class of 2025 associate with approximately one year of experience.
- Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters.
- Experience with one or more of early- or late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, or private and public offerings.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage substantial components of transactions.
