Position overview

Our client is seeking a class of 2025 associate with approximately one year of experience to join its Technology group in San Francisco. The associate will represent technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, working collaboratively with deal teams and managing substantial transaction components independently.

The Work

  • Represent technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, contributing to engagements across varied stages of company development.
  • Work on early-stage venture financings, supporting the execution of financing transactions for emerging technology businesses.
  • Advise on late-stage venture financings, taking responsibility for substantial components of complex funding transactions.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies, coordinating transaction work as part of a deal team.
  • Work on private offerings and public offerings, supporting clients through the execution of capital-raising transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues while independently managing substantial components of transactions and maintaining client-facing responsibility.

What You Bring

  • Class of 2025 associate with approximately one year of relevant experience.
  • Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters.
  • Experience with early-stage and/or late-stage venture financings.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private or public offerings.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage substantial components of transactions independently.

Compensation & Benefits

The supplied $225,000 salary figure is an estimate based on the 2026 Cravath base scale and is not firm-stated compensation.
