Position overview

Our client is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Technology group in Boston. The role involves representing technology companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to contribute as part of a team and independently manage substantial components of transactions.

The Work

  • Represent technology companies in corporate and transactional matters at different stages of their growth.
  • Work on early-stage venture financings, contributing to the transaction work required to complete these investments.
  • Support late-stage venture financings and their related transaction processes.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies.
  • Work on private offerings and public offerings, depending on experience and matter needs.
  • Collaborate with deal teams while independently managing substantial components of transactions.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate and transactional practice.
  • Experience representing technology companies in corporate or transactional matters.
  • Experience with venture financings, including early-stage and/or late-stage transactions.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private or public offerings.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a transaction team and manage substantial portions of transactions independently.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation figure provided is an estimate of $260,000–$390,000 based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; it is not confirmed firm-stated compensation.
