Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Technology group in San Francisco. The role involves representing technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to collaborate on deal teams and independently manage substantial components of transactions.
The Work
- Represent technology companies in early-stage venture financings, contributing to transaction execution and managing substantial components of financing matters.
- Work on late-stage venture financings, taking meaningful ownership of deal work while collaborating with colleagues on the broader transaction.
- Support technology company mergers and acquisitions, handling substantial transaction components as part of a deal team.
- Assist with private and public offerings for technology companies, contributing to the execution of corporate transactions across these settings.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of experience in corporate and transactional practice.
- Experience representing technology companies in a broad range of corporate matters.
- Experience with one or more of early- or late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, or private and public offerings.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage substantial components of transactions.
