Position overview

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Technology group in Redwood City. The role involves representing technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to collaborate on deal teams and independently manage substantial components of transactions.

The Work

  • Represent technology-company clients in corporate and transactional matters across varied stages of company development.
  • Work on early-stage venture financings, contributing to transaction workstreams and supporting client representation through the financing process.
  • Handle matters involving late-stage venture financings, with responsibility for substantial components of transactions as experience permits.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies, working collaboratively with deal teams and managing significant workstreams independently.
  • Participate in private offerings and public offerings, supporting the team's representation of technology-company clients.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of relevant associate experience.
  • Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters.
  • Experience with one or more of early- or late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private or public offerings.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team on complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage substantial components of transactions independently.

Compensation & Benefits

The indicated $260,000–$390,000 compensation range is an estimate based on the 2026 Cravath base scale and is not confirmed firm-stated compensation.
