The Work
- You will work on mergers and acquisitions for technology companies at various stages of growth.
- Matters include strategic acquisitions, sponsor-side and company-side deals, and transactions involving venture-backed businesses and institutional investors.
- Associates in this group are trusted with real responsibility, including running discrete pieces of transactions and managing day-to-day deal execution.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of M&A experience from a top law firm
- Meaningful exposure to technology company transactions
- Comfortable managing deal components with limited supervision
- Strong judgment, clear writing, and a practical approach to client service
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain promptly
