Our client is seeking a mid-level Finance associate with approximately four years of experience to join its New York team. The role involves drafting and negotiating a broad range of financing documents, along with UCC and general corporate work.
The Work
- Draft and negotiate commitment papers for financing matters, helping develop key terms and documentation.
- Prepare and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, and other loan documents.
- Handle UCC-related work as part of a broader finance practice.
- Contribute to general corporate matters alongside financing assignments.
What You Bring
- Approximately four years of relevant experience, including candidates from the 2021–2022 class years.
- General finance experience, including drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
- Experience with commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
- UCC experience and familiarity with general corporate work.
- High academic achievement and solid law firm experience are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The firm-stated starting base salary range is $310,000–$365,000, and the role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
