Our client is seeking an Atlanta-based attorney with 3–5 years of large law firm experience to join its Corporate Practice Group, working on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions alongside general corporate and governance matters.
The Work
- Contribute to sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions, supporting complex deal work in a large law firm setting.
- Apply strong drafting skills to transactional work and help negotiate matters with care and precision.
- Handle general corporate matters that complement the group's M&A practice.
- Advise on corporate governance matters as part of a broader corporate practice.
- Take on significant responsibility, collaborate closely with colleagues, and engage directly with clients.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range is $260,000–$365,000, based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; this is an estimate and not firm-stated compensation.
