Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with approximately four years of experience to join its New York City IP and technology transactions practice, bringing substantial experience in the life sciences sector. The role is suited to a lawyer who combines strong law firm experience with a collaborative approach across offices and practice areas.
The Work
- Contribute to the New York group's IP and technology transactions practice, applying substantial experience in the life sciences sector.
- Work on matters within a practice focused on intellectual property and technology transactions in the life sciences space.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices and practice areas as part of a team.
- Bring relevant life sciences experience to the group's transactional work and support its cross-practice approach.
What You Bring
- Approximately four years of relevant experience; candidates in the 2020–2022 associate class range are considered.
- Substantial experience in the life sciences sector.
- Experience relevant to intellectual property and technology transactions.
- Strong academic achievement and solid law firm experience.
- Active membership in the New York bar or ability to waive into the bar.
- Ability to work effectively as part of teams across offices and practice areas.

Compensation & Benefits
