Our client is seeking a San Francisco attorney with 3–6 years of experience in securities and/or financial services litigation to join an expanding practice. You’ll work closely with experienced partners, take on substantive responsibility in active matters, and engage directly with financial institution and fintech clients.
The Work
- Manage substantive aspects of complex disputes in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings, taking an active role in moving matters forward.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings addressing securities and financial services issues.
- Handle discovery, including document review and written discovery, and help develop case facts and strategy.
- Prepare witnesses and depositions, and support hearings and trial strategy as matters progress.
- Participate in case management and client counseling, with direct exposure to client communications and litigation decisions.
- Collaborate with litigation and financial services colleagues on sophisticated disputes and enforcement matters involving financial institutions and fintech companies.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of legal experience, including at least three years handling securities and/or financial services litigation.
- Experience managing day-to-day litigation responsibilities and contributing meaningfully to active matters.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and communicating about litigation matters.
- Admission to the California bar is required for the San Francisco office.
- Government agency experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $215,000–$290,000; an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible full-time employees.
