Our client is seeking a Seattle-based attorney with 3–5 years of healthcare experience to join a growing practice advising providers, health systems, and other healthcare organizations. The role combines sophisticated regulatory and transactional work with hands-on responsibility, partner mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for client exposure.
The Work
- Draft and negotiate a range of healthcare agreements, helping provider and health-system clients address their operational and business needs.
- Counsel healthcare providers and health systems on regulatory and operational questions, translating legal requirements into practical guidance.
- Analyze Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and advise clients on matters affecting healthcare operations.
- Support healthcare compliance analysis, including fraud-and-abuse matters, and help clients assess regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate across practices and industry teams on healthcare transactions, digital health, compliance, reimbursement, and operational strategy.
- Manage multiple matters with growing ownership and client contact, working closely with experienced healthcare attorneys.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of relevant healthcare transactional and regulatory experience; law firm experience is preferred.
- Experience advising clients on healthcare regulatory and operational matters.
- Strong drafting skills, including the ability to prepare and negotiate healthcare agreements.
- Sound analytical ability and effective client counseling skills.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare law and the operational side of healthcare practice.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent professional judgment.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual salary range is $225,000–$315,000, with actual pay adjusted for job-related factors; eligible full-time employees may also receive a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
