The Work
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, engaging with matters across a broad range of deal types.
- Work on recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures, and restructurings.
- Analyze Delaware-law issues arising in transactions and contribute to advice on fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
- Address legal matters involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships.
- Support advice to clients and other lawyers on alternative entity law, with a focus on Delaware LLCs and limited partnerships.
