Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate with 5–7 years of acquisitions experience to join its private equity transactions practice in Dallas. The role offers involvement in transactions and client counseling across the investment lifecycle and capital stack.
The Work
- Help lead acquisitions and other M&A transactions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
- Work on financing matters as part of a practice that advises clients across the capital stack.
- Counsel clients on day-to-day strategic matters throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Engage with clients across industries, including healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and connecting clients with investors and other contacts across the practice’s network.
What You Bring
- Five to seven years of acquisitions experience.
- Experience supporting private equity transactions and acquisition matters.
- Capability to contribute to M&A transactions and related deal work.
- Ability to work on financing matters and advise across the investment lifecycle.
- Interest or experience in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work is relevant to the practice’s areas of strength.
- Strong client-service orientation and interest in relationship-building and strategic counsel.
