Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate with 5–7 years of acquisitions experience to help lead transactions within a Corporate and Private Equity practice. The team advises private equity firms and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle, from M&A and financings to ongoing strategic counsel.
The Work
- Help lead acquisition transactions for private equity clients, taking an active role in advancing deals and supporting clients through the investment process.
- Advise on M&A matters and related corporate transactions involving private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Work on financings across the capital stack as part of a practice serving clients throughout the full investment lifecycle.
- Provide day-to-day strategic counsel to private equity clients and portfolio companies in connection with their business needs.
- Support work in healthcare private equity, an area of particular strength for the practice.
- Advise on independent sponsor matters and contribute to the team’s work across a range of industries.
- Build client relationships and help identify opportunities, drawing on a practice that connects clients with investors and contacts across an extensive network.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience, with a background in acquisitions.
- Experience handling private equity transactions and advising private equity firms or portfolio companies.
- Knowledge of M&A and corporate acquisition matters.
- Ability to contribute to financing transactions and work involving different parts of the capital stack.
- Capability to provide practical strategic counsel to business clients.
- Interest or experience in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work is relevant to the practice’s focus.
- Strong client-service and relationship-building capabilities suited to a client-facing transactional practice.

Compensation & Benefits
