Position overview

Our client is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its Securities Enforcement litigation team in Palo Alto. The position is intended for an associate with 4–8 years of experience and a background in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters.

The Work

  • Contribute to litigation matters handled by the Securities Enforcement team, applying experience in securities enforcement.
  • Work on matters involving regulatory investigations as part of the team’s litigation practice.
  • Support compliance matters within the scope of the team’s work.
  • Bring experience across securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, and compliance to the team’s matter mix.

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of legal experience; the firm identifies law school class years 2018–2022 for this position.
  • Experience in securities enforcement matters.
  • Experience with regulatory investigations.
  • Experience with compliance matters.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a stated annual compensation range of $260,000–$420,000, with salary within the range dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.

Discretionary, performance-based bonuses are also offered.
