Our client is seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates with 3–6 years of experience to join a prominent, growing team in Los Angeles. The team will consider candidates with experience in one or more real estate transactional areas, as well as strong transactional associates from outside real estate.
The Work
- Work on mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions, with experience on the lender side, borrower side, or both.
- Contribute to joint-venture equity matters involving real estate investments and projects.
- Handle transactional work related to property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Participate in real estate development matters, drawing on experience across the development process.
- Bring relevant transactional experience from one or more of these areas and contribute to a practice with a broad range of real estate work.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of associate experience, consistent with the mid-level and senior associate search.
- Solid experience in one or more of mortgage or mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development.
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, or both in mortgage or mezzanine debt transactions is relevant.
- Strong transactional experience outside real estate will also be considered.
- Interest in professional growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work culture.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual salary range is $260,000–$435,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.
