Our client is seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates with 3–6 years of experience for its prominent and growing Washington, D.C. team. Candidates should bring experience in one or more real estate transactional areas and an interest in professional growth, mentorship, and a positive work culture. Strong candidates with transactional experience outside real estate will also be considered.
The Work
- Work on leasing matters, contributing experience across commercial real estate leasing transactions.
- Contribute to mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions on the lender side, borrower side, or both, consistent with experience.
- Participate in joint-venture equity matters involving real estate investments and ventures.
- Work on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, bringing relevant transactional experience to purchase and sale matters.
- Contribute to real estate development matters as part of the team’s transactional practice.
- Apply strong transactional skills from real estate or another transactional background to matters aligned with your experience.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience as a Real Estate associate or in a strong transactional practice.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: leasing, mortgage or mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development.
- For debt experience, familiarity with lender-side and/or borrower-side transactions.
- Strong transactional experience; candidates without a real estate background may be considered.
- An interest in professional growth, mentorship, and contributing to a collaborative work culture.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $260,000–$435,000, with the offer dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
