A real estate practice is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to work on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting matters. The role includes drafting and negotiating material definitive documents and interfacing directly with clients.
The Work
- Work on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, supporting transactions through the drafting and negotiation of material definitive documents.
- Handle leasing matters, including preparing and negotiating lease documents and working directly with clients on their needs.
- Contribute to general contracting matters, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating material agreements.
- Interface directly with clients, helping advance matters and respond to transaction and contracting issues.
- Support leasing, construction, and development matters involving hyperscaler data centers where relevant experience and assignments align.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of real estate associate experience.
- Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Experience handling real estate leasing matters.
- Experience with general contracting matters.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate material definitive documents.
- Ability to interface directly with clients.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience at a comparable law firm is required.
- Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development is a plus.
