Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with three to five years of experience to join its corporate real estate practice. The associate will handle a range of transactional and contracting matters, work directly with clients, and contribute to drafting and negotiating material definitive documents.
The Work
- Represent clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, supporting transactions from document preparation and negotiation through completion.
- Handle leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating lease documents and related agreements.
- Work on general contracting matters, preparing and negotiating material definitive documents.
- Interface directly with clients on real estate transactions and agreements, helping move matters forward and address client needs.
- Contribute across a broad mix of real estate work, with potential exposure to hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development matters.
- Experience in these areas is a plus.
