Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with three to five years of experience to join its real estate practice in Houston. The position involves transactional work across acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating material definitive documents and interfacing directly with clients.
The Work
- Handle real estate acquisition and disposition matters, including drafting and negotiating material definitive documents.
- Support leasing matters and work directly with clients on transaction documents and related issues.
- Contribute to general contracting matters, including drafting and negotiating definitive agreements.
- Interface directly with clients as matters progress, helping move transactions and related work forward.
- Bring relevant experience to hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, or development matters; this background is a plus.

- Three to five years of relevant real estate experience.
