Position overview

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with three to five years of experience for its Corporate Real Estate practice. The opportunity is listed in Fort Worth, and candidates may be based in any of the client's U.S. offices. Strong academic credentials and experience at a comparable law firm are required.

The Work

  • Represent clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, supporting matters from transaction documentation through negotiation.
  • Handle leasing work, including drafting and negotiating material definitive documents.
  • Work on general contracting matters and related real estate documentation.
  • Interface directly with clients on real estate matters and contribute to the development and negotiation of transaction terms.
  • Contribute across a range of real estate workstreams, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and contracting.
  • Apply relevant experience in hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, or development where applicable; this background is a plus.

What You Bring

  • Three to five years of legal experience in real estate.
  • Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Experience handling leasing matters.
  • Experience with general contracting matters.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate material definitive documents.
  • Comfort interfacing directly with clients.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Experience at a comparable law firm.
  • Hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, or development experience is preferred.
