Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Real Estate group in Dallas. The role includes acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting work, with direct client interaction and opportunities to contribute to data center matters.
The Work
- Advise on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, contributing to transaction work and the related definitive documentation.
- Support leasing matters by drafting and negotiating lease documents and working through material deal terms.
- Handle general contracting matters, including drafting and negotiating material definitive documents.
- Interface directly with clients and help move transactions and other matters forward.
- Work on hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development matters where relevant experience and assignments align.
- Contribute across a real estate practice spanning transactions, leasing, and contracting work.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of experience in real estate law.
- Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Experience handling leasing matters.
- Experience with general contracting matters.
- Ability to draft and negotiate material definitive documents.
- Experience interfacing directly with clients.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience at a comparable law firm.
- Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, or development is a plus.
