Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with three to five years of experience to join its real estate group. The role is listed in Los Angeles, and candidates may be based in any of the client’s U.S. offices. Strong academic credentials and experience at a comparable law firm are required.
The Work
- Represent clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, contributing to transactions from document preparation and negotiation through the key deal stages.
- Draft and negotiate material definitive documents for real estate matters, exercising substantive responsibility for agreements and transaction terms.
- Support leasing matters, including negotiating and preparing lease documentation and addressing client needs throughout the process.
- Handle general contracting matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements related to real estate work.
- Interface directly with clients, communicating on matter needs and working through transaction documents and related issues.
- Contribute to hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development matters where relevant experience or assignments are available.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of relevant real estate experience.
