Our client is seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates with 3–6 years of experience to join a prominent, growing team in San Francisco. The team is interested in attorneys with real estate transactional experience and will also consider strong candidates with transactional backgrounds in other practice areas.
The Work
- Contribute to mortgage and mezzanine debt matters, representing lender-side or borrower-side interests.
- Work on joint-venture equity matters, supporting transactions between real estate venture partners.
- Assist with acquisitions and dispositions, contributing to the purchase and sale of real estate assets.
- Support real estate development matters as part of the team's transactional practice.
- Work across matters with responsibilities calibrated to experience and deal needs, within a team that is growing.
- Bring transactional experience from outside real estate to the team where relevant to the work and candidate's background.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience, with consideration for mid-level and senior associate candidates.
- Experience in one or more of the following: mortgage or mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development.
- Experience may be on the lender side, borrower side, or both for mortgage and mezzanine debt matters.
- Strong transactional experience in a practice other than real estate will also be considered.
- Interest in professional growth, mentorship, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $260,000–$435,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations, and benefits include health care, retirement benefits, paid sick and vacation time, parental leave, basic life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and discretionary performance-based bonuses.
