Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its real estate practice in San Antonio, Texas. The position involves a range of transactional matters, direct client interaction, and the drafting and negotiation of material definitive documents.
The Work
- Assist with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting and negotiating material definitive documents.
- Support leasing matters by preparing and negotiating transaction documents and coordinating directly with clients.
- Work on general contracting matters, contributing to the drafting and negotiation of agreements.
- Interface directly with clients throughout matters, helping address transaction needs and move work forward.
- Contribute to real estate matters involving hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development where relevant experience is a plus.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of relevant real estate experience.
- Experience handling real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Experience with leasing matters.
- Experience with general contracting matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including work on material definitive documents.
- Ability to interface directly with clients on active matters.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience at a comparable law firm is required.
- Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, or development is a plus.
