Our client is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate for its corporate practice group in Los Angeles. The role offers significant involvement in project development and finance work, with M&A, financing, debt finance, and renewable energy transactions also part of the practice.
The Work
- Contribute significantly to project development and project finance matters as part of the corporate practice group.
- Participate in M&A transactions, supporting the team through transaction work and related deal processes.
- Work on financing transactions, including debt finance matters.
- Take part in renewable energy transactions, with meaningful involvement in this area preferred.
- Build experience across a mix of project finance, M&A, financing, and renewable energy matters.
What You Bring
- Approximately 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, consistent with a mid- to senior-level associate position.
- Experience in project development and/or project finance.
- Significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy transactions is preferred.
- Stellar academic credentials.
- Comparable law firm experience.

Compensation & Benefits
The supplied compensation range of $260,000–$390,000 is an estimate derived from the 2026 Cravath base scale, not confirmed firm-stated compensation.
