Our client is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its corporate practice in Houston. The position offers significant involvement in M&A, financing and debt finance transactions, with renewable energy transaction experience also preferred.
The Work
- Participate in M&A transactions, contributing to transaction work in a corporate practice setting.
- Work on financing transactions, with opportunities for meaningful involvement appropriate to your level of experience.
- Contribute to debt finance matters as part of a practice spanning project development and finance.
- Work on renewable energy transactions; experience in this area is preferred.
- Engage across a mix of connected transactional areas, including M&A, financing, debt finance and renewable energy.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project development and/or project finance practice.
- Comparable law firm experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Significant experience or involvement in M&A transactions is preferred.
- Experience with financing transactions, including debt finance, is preferred.
- Renewable energy transaction experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated salary is $260,000–$390,000 based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; this is an estimate, not firm-stated compensation.
