Our client is seeking a class of 2025 associate to join its Private Equity group in San Francisco. The role involves private M&A and growth equity transactions and calls for sound judgment, proactive communication, and effective management of client and counsel relationships.
The Work
- Support private M&A transactions, including diligence and related transaction workstreams.
- Contribute to growth equity transactions, with involvement in the diligence process and ancillary workstreams.
- Help organize the signing and closing process and coordinate the workstreams required to move a transaction toward completion.
- Manage communications and working relationships with internal and external clients and counsel, using proactive communication and sound judgment.
What You Bring
- Class of 2025 associate with approximately one year of experience.
- Some experience with, or a demonstrated interest in, private M&A transactions.
- Some experience with, or a demonstrated interest in, growth equity transactions.
- Basic understanding of the diligence process and ancillary transaction workstreams.
- Familiarity with organizing a signing and closing process.
- Sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
