Our client has an immediate opening in its corporate practice for an attorney with experience in power purchase agreements and other offtake arrangements. The position involves drafting and negotiating these agreements and advising on related agreements; three or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
The Work
- Draft power purchase agreements and other offtake arrangements as part of the corporate practice.
- Negotiate terms and provisions in PPAs and offtake agreements, working through the agreement language and revisions.
- Advise on related agreements connected to power purchase and offtake arrangements.
- Apply relevant experience across the drafting, negotiation, and related-agreement aspects of this focused practice.
- Contribute to the corporate practice’s work on PPA and offtake matters; the role description does not identify particular industries, transaction structures, or levels of client contact.
What You Bring
- At least three years of relevant legal experience is preferred.
- Experience with power purchase agreements.
- Experience with other offtake arrangements.
- Experience drafting PPAs or offtake agreements.

Compensation & Benefits
