Our client is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience for an immediate opening in its corporate practice group. The work focuses on power purchase agreements, offtake arrangements, and advice on related agreements.
The Work
- Draft power purchase agreements, working through the contractual terms and language involved in these arrangements.
- Negotiate PPAs and other offtake arrangements, contributing to the development of negotiated agreement terms.
- Advise on agreements related to power purchase and offtake matters, addressing related contractual issues.
- Work across drafting, negotiation, and advice on PPA and offtake matters within the corporate practice group.
What You Bring
- At least three years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with power purchase agreements.
- Experience with offtake arrangements.
- Ability to draft and negotiate PPAs and related agreements.
- Experience advising on agreements related to power purchase or offtake arrangements.

Compensation & Benefits
