The Work
- Defend employers in complex employment litigation, with matters that may include class and representative actions and single-plaintiff claims.
- Contribute to employment counseling matters, helping clients address workplace issues through practical legal analysis.
- Work on traditional labor law matters as part of a practice that spans multiple areas of workplace law.
- Take meaningful responsibility for assigned work while maintaining significant interaction with clients and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
What You Bring
- Three to five years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in employment or other complex litigation defense, ideally including a mix of class or representative actions and single-plaintiff matters.
- Experience in traditional labor law and/or employment counseling is valuable.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team across offices.

Compensation & Benefits
