Our client is seeking a Tax Of Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to support sophisticated tax planning and execution across securitization and structured finance transactions. The attorney will work closely with the firm’s structured finance, aviation, funds, and real estate practices on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
The Work
- Provide tax planning and execution support for securitization and structured finance transactions, coordinating tax considerations with broader deal objectives.
- Advise on transactions involving aircraft leasing, working with aviation colleagues on tax issues arising in complex leasing structures.
- Support tax aspects of investment fund matters in collaboration with the funds practice.
- Provide tax analysis and execution support for real estate structures alongside the real estate practice.
- Work on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, addressing tax considerations throughout planning and execution.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal deal teams, collaborating across the structured finance, aviation, funds, and real estate practices.
What You Bring
- Attorney with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of tax matters relevant to transactional work.
- Strong experience supporting securitization and structured finance transactions.
- Experience or demonstrated capability in tax planning and execution for complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Ability to advise clients and internal deal teams on sophisticated tax issues.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with transactional teams in structured finance, aviation, funds, and real estate.

Compensation & Benefits
Stated annual compensation begins at $470,000, with the amount above that level dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
