The Work
- Advise innovative companies at multiple stages of growth, including newly formed startups and established technology businesses.
- Work on business formation matters that help companies establish their operations and prepare for future growth.
- Participate in financing transactions for companies and the funds that invest in them.
- Support mergers and acquisitions involving clients across the technology company lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel while contributing to sophisticated matters.
- Collaborate closely with experienced practitioners on matters handled at a national level.
What You Bring
- At least four years of relevant experience; experience at a comparable law firm is preferred.
- Experience advising emerging companies, venture capital funds, or participants in company financing transactions.
- Knowledge of business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quantitative skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
- Strong academic credentials and references.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $310,000–$420,000, depending on qualifications and experience, and the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
