Our client is seeking Litigation Associates with 3–6 years of experience to join its newly opened and growing Seattle office. The team handles significant commercial and product liability disputes for global companies and collaborates with litigation partners across the firm on complex matters in the United States and abroad.
The Work
- Support Seattle-based partners and litigation teams across the firm on significant commercial and product liability disputes.
- Contribute to bet-the-company litigation matters involving global companies, with disputes proceeding in the United States and abroad.
- Work on class actions and multidistrict litigation as part of a team with substantial litigation capabilities in these areas.
- Support antitrust litigation and matters involving environmental and mass tort disputes.
- Assist on appellate matters alongside experienced appellate advocates and partners handling significant appeals.
- Contribute to work involving government investigations through collaboration with litigation partners across the firm.
- Support client matters handled by the Seattle office’s nine partners and other litigation partners throughout the firm.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of litigation experience.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in commercial litigation and complex disputes.
- Relevant experience or interest in product liability litigation, including significant or bet-the-company matters.
- Familiarity with class actions or multidistrict litigation is relevant to the work of the group.
- Experience or interest in antitrust litigation, environmental or mass tort matters, government investigations, or appellate matters.
- Ability to contribute to litigation matters for corporate clients as part of a team of partners and associates.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $225,000–$365,000, with possible productivity and merit bonuses, benefits, and billable-hours credit for pro bono work.
