Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with at least three years of healthcare law experience to join its Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice in Palo Alto. The role offers exposure to healthcare provider and supplier regulation and life sciences product regulation within an interdisciplinary practice.
The Work
- Represent hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers on healthcare law matters, drawing on the practice’s work across the provider and supplier landscape.
- Support regulatory work involving academic medical and research centers, nonprofit health systems, outpatient facilities, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare organizations.
- Work on matters involving digital and health technology companies, as well as investors and management companies across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Contribute to life sciences product regulation work involving drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, foods and dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
- Support matters involving laboratories, clinical research organizations, and leading trade and professional organizations.
- Collaborate with attorneys in litigation, white collar, transactions, intellectual property, and other practice areas on interdisciplinary client matters.
- Apply strong research, writing, and analytical skills while handling assignments independently and creatively and working effectively as part of a team.
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience in healthcare law.
- Experience representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent academic credentials and references.
- Currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction where you apply.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience, and an hours-based bonus is available to eligible associates.
