Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with at least three years of healthcare law experience to join its Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice in San Francisco. The associate will work with clients across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem on a broad range of regulatory matters.
The Work
- Advise hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers on matters involving healthcare law and regulation.
- Support clients across the healthcare ecosystem, including academic medical and research centers, nonprofit health systems, outpatient facilities, healthcare professionals, and digital health and technology companies.
- Work on regulatory matters involving life sciences products such as drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, foods and dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
- Assist clients that include laboratories, clinical research organizations, trade and professional organizations, and investors and management companies.
- Collaborate with attorneys in litigation, white collar, transactions, intellectual property, and other practice areas on interdisciplinary client work.
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience in healthcare law.
- Experience representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent academic credentials and references.
- Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.

Compensation & Benefits
