Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with at least three years of healthcare law experience to join its Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice in Denver. The role involves advising healthcare providers, suppliers, and life sciences organizations on legal and regulatory issues across a broad healthcare ecosystem.
The Work
- Represent hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers on legal and regulatory matters affecting their operations.
- Advise clients across the healthcare ecosystem, including academic medical and research centers, nonprofit health systems, outpatient facilities, healthcare professionals, digital and health technology companies, investors, and management companies.
- Support life sciences clients working with drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, foods and dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
- Work with laboratories, clinical research organizations, and leading trade and professional organizations on matters related to their activities.
- Develop research, analysis, and written work product addressing client questions across healthcare provider and life sciences product regulation.
- Collaborate with attorneys in litigation, white collar, transactions, intellectual property, and other practices on interdisciplinary client matters.
- Manage assigned work with appropriate independence while contributing effectively to a team and supporting client relationships.
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience practicing healthcare law.
- Experience representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively while also contributing successfully as part of a team.
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado, or current eligibility to become licensed in the jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range for Denver is $260,000–$365,000, commensurate with experience, with eligibility for an hours-based bonus.
