Position overview

Our client is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with 2–4 years of experience to join a Life Sciences practice in Los Angeles. The team advises high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the U.S., Asia, and markets around the world, across a wide range of corporate transactions and company stages.

The Work

  • Advise venture-backed private and public companies on corporate and transactional matters throughout their development and business lifecycles.
  • Work on equity financings and other corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology businesses.
  • Support companies preparing for and completing IPOs and registered equity offerings.
  • Represent public companies on ongoing SEC matters and related corporate needs.
  • Participate in M&A transactions, contributing to deal execution and client service.
  • Advise on corporate governance matters for private and public company clients.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of corporate and transactional experience.
  • Experience across a broad range of corporate matters and company lifecycle stages.
  • Experience with public-company work and ongoing SEC representation.
  • Experience with registered equity offerings and IPOs.
  • M&A transaction experience.
  • Life sciences company experience is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in life sciences work may also be considered.
  • Ability to work with clients in life sciences, healthcare, or technology is relevant to the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base compensation is $235,000–$310,000, based on the 2026 Cravath scale; this is an estimate rather than a firm-stated range.
