Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 5–9 years of experience to join its employer-side labor and employment team in Dallas. The practice is primarily focused on litigation, with additional work in employment advice and investigations.
The Work
- Work on employer-side labor and employment litigation, contributing to matters from case development through resolution.
- Handle wage-and-hour class and representative actions, including disputes involving claims brought on behalf of groups of employees.
- Work on discrimination class and representative actions and other employment disputes.
- Contribute to employment advice matters, addressing workplace issues alongside the team’s litigation practice.
- Assist with workplace investigations as part of the group’s broader employer-side employment work.
What You Bring
- Five to nine years of legal experience; law school classes 2017–2021 are within the target range.
- At least three years at a peer law firm in an employment practice is likely to provide relevant experience for the role.
- Experience with employer-side labor and employment litigation.
- Experience handling or supporting class and representative actions is helpful.
- Familiarity with wage-and-hour and discrimination disputes.
- Experience with employment advice or workplace investigations is relevant to the practice’s broader mix of work.

Compensation & Benefits
The firm-stated annual compensation range is $310,000–$435,000, with placement in the range dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
