Position overview

Our client is seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its IP Litigation team in Los Angeles. Candidates should have IP or patent litigation experience and strong law school credentials.

The Work

  • Contribute as an associate on the IP Litigation team in Los Angeles.
  • Apply prior IP and patent litigation experience to the team's litigation practice.
  • Work within a practice focused on intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
  • Bring PTAB dispute experience to the role where relevant; this background is identified as a plus.

What You Bring

  • Three to six years of experience, consistent with the stated target range for the position.
  • Experience in IP or patent litigation.
  • Strong law school credentials; top law school credentials are preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar field is highly preferred.
  • CAFC clerkship experience is preferred.
  • Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
