Our client is seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its IP Litigation team in Denver. Candidates should bring IP or patent litigation experience and strong law school credentials. Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
The Work
- Apply prior IP and patent litigation experience as a member of the IP Litigation team.
- Contribute a litigation background focused on intellectual property and patent matters.
- Bring experience with PTAB disputes where relevant to the work and the candidate’s background; PTAB experience is a plus, not a stated requirement.

What You Bring
- Three to six years of experience, consistent with the stated target of law school class years 2020–2023.
- Experience in IP or patent litigation.
- Strong law school credentials.
- An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar field is highly preferred.
- Federal Circuit (CAFC) clerkship experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
