Our client is seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Palo Alto IP Litigation team. The opportunity is intended for attorneys with strong law school credentials and prior intellectual property or patent litigation experience.
The Work
- Join the IP Litigation team and apply prior intellectual property litigation experience to the team’s matters.
- Work on patent litigation matters as part of a practice focused on intellectual property disputes.
- Contribute to litigation work involving technical subject matter, drawing on relevant legal and technical experience.
- Engage with PTAB-related disputes where relevant to the matters handled by the team.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of experience, consistent with law school classes 2020–2023.
- Top law school credentials.
- Experience in intellectual property or patent litigation.
- An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar field is highly preferred.
- Federal Circuit (CAFC) clerkship experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
